Ensuring properties are ready for move in Maintenance works within properties Managing much of their own time Attending appointments Certain management responsibilities The Successful Working foreman will:
Have Full driving license Have a Multi Trade background Manage around 500 properties on patch Manage their own time and visit empty properties Some benefits the Working Foreman will receive:
