This includes digital marketing, email campaigns, and creating a strong online presence, particularly in areas like Burnley, where competition is limited. Growth of Specific Departments : Focus on the growth of the commercial sector, which is currently underdeveloped. Look for opportunities in commercial disputes, property law, and litigation. Particularly, we're seeking experienced litigators with expertise in areas such as property law and commercial disputes. Team Leadership and Development : Take on leadership responsibilities, overseeing the expansion of key departments and nurturing junior team members, offering them growth opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile : PQE 6+ : Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience within their respective practice area. Ambitious : We seek individuals who are driven to succeed, with a passion for growth, development, and the ability to lead and mentor others. Self-Sufficient : Candidates should have a proven track record of generating their own work and managing client relationships independently. Strategic Thinking : Ability to identify and implement business strategies that will increase client acquisition and retention, particularly through marketing and acquisition initiatives. Collaborative : While independence is valued, a team-oriented approach is important. The ability to work well within a team and lead teams toward achieving growth targets is essential. No Focus on Area of Law : We are not concerned about the specific area of law expertise, as long as the candidate brings the right skills and mentality to help drive growth.
