We’re looking for a passionate and technically-minded individual to join our team as a Solutions Engineer. You will join a market-changing organization that specializes in the discovery and distribution of innovative and disruptive IT security and networking solutions to the IT community. You will be working on the newest and most incredible technologies, primarily focusing on Software, Cloud, and Software-as-a-Service based solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

Pre-Sales Support:

Assist internal sales teams, external partners, and customers by providing technical help and advice. Support the sales process by explaining the benefits and features of our products. Product Demonstrations:

Help demonstrate security products to customers and partners, either through online meetings or face-to-face demonstrations. Installation and Setup:

Learn to install and configure cyber security technologies in pre-production and live environments, with support and training from senior team members. Post-Installation Support:

Assist with troubleshooting and providing support after the installation of security solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued product functionality. Technology Evaluation:

Test new security technologies and provide feedback to the team. Learn how these products fit within our overall offerings and contribute to the company’s goals. Internal Network and Demo Suites:

Help maintain and manage the company’s internal network and demo suites, making sure everything is ready for presentations and product testing. Learning and Development:

Continuously expand your technical knowledge of our products, vendors, and the cyber security market through hands-on experience and training. The ideal Solutions Engineer will:

Entry-level experience: While prior experience in cyber security or IT is a plus, it is not required. We're looking for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills. Technical Support or Customer-Facing Roles: Any experience in a technical customer support or service role is an advantage. Basic IT Networking or Cyber Security knowledge: Some understanding of networking concepts or basic cyber security is helpful but not essential. Organised and Efficient: Ability to manage tasks effectively and pay attention to detail. Good Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical people. Problem Solving: Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues. Desirable but not essential:

Cyber Security or IT Certifications:

If you have certifications like CompTIA Network+ (N+), Security+ (S+), or even CCNA, that’s a bonus, but not necessary. Interest in Cyber Security Vendors:

CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, EDR/AV, SIEM, PAM/IAM/IGA is a plus but not essential. Benefits:
