We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Physics Teacher to join a thriving secondary school. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for teaching, an excellent understanding of the Physics curriculum, and the ability to engage and motivate students in both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. A commitment to delivering high-quality lessons and creating an inclusive learning environment is essential. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure academic growth. Encourage students to develop a love for science through creative and interactive teaching methods. Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment, promoting respect and collaboration. Work closely with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the science department. Attend staff meetings, parents' evenings, and professional development sessions. Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Physics or a related subject. Experience teaching Physics at secondary school level. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for improving student outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A DBS on the update service or the willingness to purchase a new one through Aspire People. Why Aspire People?
