TV Training Specialist – Hybrid (remote working plus time at Leeds office)

We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our expanding team supporting one of our global TV leaders in technology. g2 is recruiting for a TV training specialist to work closely with the Training Manager. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the TV training strategy, creating impactful and engaging training content and delivery for all UK retailers. Your Package £38,000 per annum, plus 10% performance bonus Full time (Mon - Fri, with occasional weekends when required) Permanent contract Access to employee assistance programme, Perkbox subscription Your Role Create engaging training content, both classroom style and utilizing other creative methods Attend promotional events, roadshows, and meetings Deliver product training along with soft skills training across various platforms, both face-to-face and virtual Ensure your own brand and product knowledge is kept up to date by attending virtual and in-person training at the client head office Create training content for both internal and external Learning Management Systems Review training impact for future events and optimum effect This Role Would Be Great for You If You: Have ideally exposure to training within the technology sector, but it is not essential Are able to create and deliver engaging training content Enjoy working independently but are also able to attend the client's Head Office (Leeds) on a weekly basis Have a full UK driving licence g2 is part of the Gekko Group, a leader in field marketing and experiential agency.
