M&E Supervisor needed for a well-known construction organisation based in Uxbridge who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded M&E Supervisor that takes pride in their work.
The successful candidate must be Electrical bias and have C&G Qualifications or equivalent. If you have Building Fabric qualifications that would be a plus!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the M&E Supervisor will include:
Ensure that works are conducted in line with the organisations SSoW & Permit to Work system, ensuring adequate procedures and processes are in place
Issuing of Authority to Work and conducting Contractor reviews
Provide input into the management of the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring associated work tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed PPM planner, SLA and KPI targets, including first hand support (where required) for contract update meetings with the client
Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements, and arrange for the site team to complete tasks in line with the company competency appointment(s)
Prepare Authorisations to work (as per Permit System) and Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the FM Manager/ SHEQ Manager
Supervise contractors and Engineers
What experience you need to be the successful M&E Supervisor:
Building Services C&G Qualification or Equivalent - Essential
Experience in a similar role - Essential
Building Fabric Quals / Experience Advantageous
Basic Electrical Quals / Experience Advantageous
Health & Safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Company procedures
