Responsibilities will include: Build, manage and develop a sales pipeline of prospects amongst companies in the healthcare environment, including Pharmaceutical & Biotech, Laboratories, R&D, and in particular CGT. Analyse and understand the customer's needs, in order to propose the appropriate solutions and meet the client’s requirements. Ensure the proposed solutions are in line with the existing strategy, product portfolio, policies and roadmap. Prepare sales proposals, pricing/quotes and respond to client tenders and RFPs in line with the Pricing Policy. Negotiate contracts with clients, and liaise with the legal and finance departments to finalize contracts. Identify and communicate market needs to the senior management team to contribute to the improvement and prioritization of the roadmap. Our company values matter, and guide all that we do each day. precision ; enabling our customers to retain absolute focus on research and development. In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies: Previous demonstrable sales experience. Solid working knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain, clinical trial distribution, and temperature-controlled transportation is desirable. Project management experience is desirable. Knowledge and experience of working with Salesforce, CRMs and other Office tools. Good analysis, presentation & written synthesis skills. Please note this is a full time role, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and is field based with at least 1-2 days per week in attendance in a Biocair office.
