Customs and Logistics Coordinator

The Role:
In this role, your main aim is to ensure compliance with UK customs regulations, compliance and Risk Management, monitor changes in customs regulations, update internal processes and conduct regular audits. The successful candidate will need to support the logistics department with continuous growth to make improvements to deliver better value for their clients, keep up to date with the latest HMRC requirements, support the team with Export/Import work to generate more revenue for the company, and prepare accurate and competitive quotations and processing of invoices. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and take on other duties when required.
Essential Criteria: Previous shipping, logistics / freight forwarding experience Experience in Customs compliance and entries Experience in Imports and Exports Experience in Account Management and excellent Customer Service Skills Good negotiation skills Excellent IT Skills and the ability to work under pressure About the Company:
