Technical Recruiter (Contract) Come and join us at Sony Interactive Entertainment, the home of PlayStation. We are looking for an expert Technical Recruiter to join our studios recruiting team on a contract basis. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be open to change, intellectually curious, and of course be an excellent recruiter with experience in recruiting for AAA gaming studios or studio-focused centralized functions. We are looking for an excellent teammate and partner to the business. We work in a hybrid model and visit the office for team collaboration and socializing usually once every week or two, typically on Thursdays. What you’ll be doing: Building excellent collaborative relationships with our hiring communities across our studios business group. Using your excellent communication skills, you will proactively and regularly update and influence your key stakeholders. Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them. Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to provide high-quality candidates for open positions. Interviewing and screening candidates to truly understand their skills and experience to determine if candidates have the right skills and experience to add value to our business. Proactive and strategic DE&I advocacy across the recruitment funnel. Build a positive relationship across various functions with hiring managers, executive team, and HR team. Using data to inform your decision-making in order to manage expectations, stakeholders, and senior management. What we are looking for: Demonstrable full life cycle recruiting experience. Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and/or client relationships. Excellent attention to detail. Fantastic communication skills. Bonus points: Greenhouse & Tableau knowledge or expertise. Passionate about PlayStation or gaming in general. Experience working with gaming technology or QA teams.
