As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service and will lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care to the residents, in line with the company's core values.
The service itself is a small facility specialising in mental health care, requiring a strong manager with good communication and leadership skills.

Candidate Requirements:
Registered Manager experience Mental Health or Learning Disability specialist NVQ Level 5 Strong communication skills
