Your key responsibilities as the International Tax Director As part of the Corporate International Tax Team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from innovative start-ups to large global FTSE 100 companies, engaging in cross-border M&A transactions, international tax planning, and transfer pricing. This fast-growing team offers opportunities for professional development and client-facing experiences, helping you expand your skills and career in the field of International Tax. You will tackle evolving challenges and leverage intelligent technology solutions while providing Tax Advisory services to various businesses across the UK and globally.

Requirements Candidates should have a strong understanding and prior experience in corporate tax compliance, handling the annual tax return process for both small and large clients in the UK and internationally. You must be skilled in providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services, managing the delivery of high-quality advice across various client needs, including tax due diligence and structuring. Experience with tax audits under UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP is required, along with the ability to prepare proposals for new work by researching clients and identifying solutions. Candidates should also have people management experience and be proactive in seeking opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients. A degree and qualifications such as CTA and/or ACA or equivalent are essential.
