About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Integrated Marketing Manager ready to apply their expertise in marketing strategy and execution for a marketing team within a fast-paced publicly traded company. You’ll have a proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns by coordinating with key stakeholders across product, sales, and sales enablement to meet revenue goals. You’ll exhibit a deep understanding of markets and customers to lead go-to-market strategy for successful product launches. Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Intelligence
– Leverage market trends, customer behaviors, competitor information to provide actionable insights that inform integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies. Customer Journey
– In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, utilize proprietary and third-party research to refine target personas, buyer needs, and purchasing decision processes. Marketing Strategy
– Lead/participate in defining the market opportunity for a business area through a comprehensive understanding of business goals, solution portfolios, roadmaps, and pricing models. Campaign Development
- Spearhead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights, including oversight of messaging calendars, campaign budget management, and post-campaign performance evaluations. Messaging & Positioning
– With minimal guidance and demonstrating a solid understanding of the product/solution, draft marketing campaign briefs and messaging guides that capitalize on business opportunities to build strong marketing outcomes. Sales Enablement
– Collaborate closely with Sales and key marketing stakeholders to deliver compelling sales aids and consistent tradeshow experiences to create and advance sales pipeline opportunities. Thought Leader
– Understand the "big picture," taking initiative to deliver project assignments on time and budget while effectively navigating outside the formal span of responsibility. Qualifications
BA in marketing, communications, or related field 7+ years of integrated, product or channel marketing experience Insurance industry experience highly desirable Demonstrated success with developing marketing strategy and executing across cross-functionally across multiple marketing teams. Proven track record of leveraging customer, market and competitive insight to inform marketing and product strategy decisions. Successful track-record of collaborating with Product Management and Sales across multiple seniority levels to deliver on key business objectives. Experience in taking a data-driven and results-oriented approach to decision-making, with a perspective on how to measure and evaluate activities to optimize performance. Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and measure metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts. Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing business needs and external market dynamics. Ability to successfully work in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations of two days a week.
