We have an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist Nuclear Engineering business who design, manufacture and install plant and equipment.
Working 4 days a week Mon - Thurs, 9.5 hours per day with extra hours available on Fridays, you'll be in the office just 2 of those.
With roles at various levels EC&I Engineer, Senior EC&I Engineer and Principal EC&I Engineer, if you've got experience in either the Nuclear or Defence industry, this would be an excellent opportunity for a long term contract with a business who have an order book that continues throughout 2025!
Key Responsibilities: Produce engineering drawings such as block cable diagrams, schematic diagrams, and cable routing designs. Develop engineering documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals and test documentation. Carry out engineering calculations, including cable and safety instrumented system calculations. Design and develop software for PLC and SCADA control systems. Conduct trials and testing, ensuring all activities adhere to project specifications and safety standards. In return you'll receive a base salary of between £38 - £60 (ltd or umbrella) per hour depending on experience. Nuclear or Defence background essential.
