The Pricing Analyst at VetPartners plays a pivotal role in developing and standardising pricing strategies for veterinary services. This position focuses on building a data-driven pricing framework to enhance consistency, competitiveness, and business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and the ability to communicate complex data in clear, actionable ways.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Pricing Strategies: Design competitive pricing models for healthcare offerings, standardizing structures across services.
Analyze Data for Insights: Use statistical methods to assess market and internal data, providing actionable insights to optimize pricing.
Conduct Market Research: Study competitor pricing, customer demand, and trends to refine and enhance pricing approaches.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations to align pricing with business goals.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion enhancements to pricing processes and stay on top of industry trends to evolve our framework.
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
3+ years of pricing analysis experience, ideally in healthcare or similar sectors.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Proactive communicator with experience collaborating across functions.
Experience in high-growth or evolving environments is a plus.
