The Role The Senior Product Manager role will sit in the Product team and will report into the Head of Product and will work closely with the Transformation team, who manage all corporate projects. The role will be responsible for driving product vision and lifecycle management for TalkTalk Business, ensuring customer value and business success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and champion product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities To lead the execution of the TalkTalk Business product strategy from product innovation through to in life management, ensuring that roadmaps define and maximize achievement of the business plan. Communicate and evangelise the vision, the strategy and the roadmap – taking on all feedback and stakeholder input. To identify market opportunities and to define/deliver innovative and disruptive services to capture shares of these markets for your product portfolio. To manage TTBD products in life to ensure they deliver the financial performance, and customer delight expected. To work with stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure TTBD products are delivered quickly to the highest performance and quality levels and at best value. Ensure TTBD products are introduced into the business to be supported cost-effectively and at the high volumes we need – in so doing ensure stakeholder engagement across the business. Skills and Experience We Are Looking For Proven track record in Telecommunications product management, particularly in Broadband, FTTP, Security, VOIP, Value Add Services or IoT. Strong understanding of B2B Telecommunications products, market trends and customer needs. Experience in creating user-centric product strategies backed by solid business cases. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments. Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills. Vendor management experience.
