Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Canterbury team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the education sector and have a flair for connecting with people. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates for various education roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Maintain and update our candidate database. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and requirements. Assist in creating engaging job advertisements and promoting them across various platforms. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional customer service. Stay updated on industry trends and education market needs. Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable but not essential. A strong interest in education and the recruitment process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
