Are you a focused, organised, and efficient professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? The Customer Experience team is seeking a dedicated

Credit Controller

to manage and develop relationships with our larger commercial customers. In this role, you will play a key part in reducing late payments, minimising debt, and optimising cash flow to support our business goals. Key Responsibilities

Manage your own ledger of National Accounts, overseeing the credit control process from account setup to resolution. Handle debt collection and cash allocation efficiently. Reduce late payments and maintain optimal cash flow into the business. Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Build strong relationships with customers, the sales force, and internal teams to foster collaboration. Key Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in credit control and account reconciliation. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Minimum Grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent). Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel and SAP. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet targets. A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teamwork, thriving in a dynamic environment. A genuine interest in credit control and customer account management. Hours of Work

You will work 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility required between 8:00AM and 5:30PM. What We Offer
