Today, both patients and healthcare professionals benefit from Roche Diagnostics' wide portfolio. In this context, the demand planning team's primary focus is to enable our technical field experts to deliver best-in-class service and to support our customers in delivering superior clinical and health-economic outcomes to patients and clinicians. The role Reporting to the Head of Services Excellence in the Technical Service function, you will lead a team of demand planners responsible for managing the supply and demand of our technical experts' resources, supporting our customers (both proactive and reactive), leveraging data, process improvement and systems to enable Roche to deliver a superior customer experience. As a member of the Service Excellence Leadership Team, you will seek process improvement and data insights mindset across the Roche organisation and our customer base. In this role, you will drive our resource capacity optimisation, improving demand planning processes, performances, and ongoing projects. Passionate about customer engagement, you will coach a team to achieve our customer experience strategic business goals, ensuring our service delivery models, processes, and solutions can lead to mutually beneficial outcomes in significant periods of change in the healthcare industry. Who you are Educated to degree level or equivalent Academic degree in life science discipline or business/finance equivalent Strong understanding of the Roche UK&ROI organization and internal processes A strong analytical mindset Previous involvement and understanding of our systems (Rexis, SAP) Strong rapport-building skills at all levels in a matrix environment Strong communication skills including presentation, persuasion and influencing internal and external audiences.
