Our client is an international business with a long history of providing high-quality products to various markets. Due to growth, they are now looking to hire a Head of Quality and Compliance. The role ensures that products, services, and operations meet the highest quality standards and adhere to all regulatory requirements. The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures that ensure product safety and compliance, drive continuous improvement, and mitigate risks. About you:
At least 5 years experience in this area with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a multinational organisation. Experience in implementing full QMS and obtaining ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional are highly desirable. Experience working in a transversal role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, strong organisational skills, and the ability to influence the entire organisation. Be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and willingness and attribute to learn about the business. This is an excellent opportunity to really stamp your mark on a growing organisation. The Head Office is in Northamptonshire but the role is hybrid with travel as and where needed, including some international travel, so you could be based a reasonable distance from the main site as long as you are prepared to travel when needed.
