Manage and inspire a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring productivity and adherence to performance standards. Daily Operations:
Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, picking, and dispatching goods. Performance Monitoring:
Track team performance and address any challenges to meet operational KPIs. Health & Safety:
Uphold and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure workplace for all team members. Inventory Control:
Oversee stock levels, conduct periodic checks, and address discrepancies. Problem Solving:
Quickly resolve any operational issues to maintain smooth workflow. Staff Development:
Provide training and mentoring to team members, fostering growth and skill development. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role. Strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
