The Role As part of the Customer Success team, you will provide a single point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their experience with Kortext is successful from beginning to end. You will be a trusted advisor for their investment, supporting them through every step of their journey with us. You will work alongside the account team to manage the post-sale experience, drive customer satisfaction, and help our customers to grow and achieve their outcomes on the Kortext platform. We are looking for someone who loves working with customers, thrives as part of a busy team, and can use their strong interpersonal skills to find innovative resolutions to everyday challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Assist our customers with day-to-day queries Solve problems and escalate issues where appropriate Process quotes and orders efficiently and accurately Work as part of a team to ensure our customers have a great experience with Kortext Own a portfolio of accounts and drive business outcomes for your customers

Key Skills & Requirements Be passionate about customer service Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate excellent attention to detail Enjoy working in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment Be a great team player Have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure Be a fast learner and show enthusiasm for personal development and learning Have great computer skills, including MS Office Understand customers’ needs and go above and beyond to meet these

Work Environment: A hybrid contract whereby 2 to 3 days (per week) will be required in the office. You will be expected to have a dedicated home office area to focus on work-related activities and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
