Managing the Ecommerce Assistant, the Copywriter, and Customer Care Team; together you will: Drive online sales with strategic trading plans and promotions. Manage and optimise the Shopify Plus platform, including integrations and third-party apps. Curate a seamless shopping journey that delights and retains customers. Analyse ecommerce performance alongside the 15 retail stores and uncover growth opportunities. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure Sahara shines online. ________________________________ What You’ll Bring Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally in women's fashion. Extensive experience with Shopify Plus, including configuration, integrations, and associated apps. An interest in working with highly creative industries. A data-driven approach, but with a creative edge. Deep understanding of online customer behaviour and trends. A passion for storytelling through digital platforms.
