Full-Time About the Role Currently seeking a
Warehouse Manager
to join a dynamic team within the construction industry. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material handling, stock control, and dispatch for our rendering projects. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring materials for rendering and construction projects are always available. Operations Coordination:
Plan and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in alignment with project timelines. Team Leadership:
Manage and train warehouse staff to achieve operational goals. Health & Safety Compliance:
Uphold safety standards and procedures within the warehouse and loading areas. Supplier Relationships:
Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement efficiency improvements in warehouse operations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in
warehouse management , preferably within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of rendering materials and their handling requirements. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. A commitment to health and safety standards.
