As a full-stack Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving organic and paid growth strategies. Your mission is to optimize our online presence across the web and mobile, ensuring visibility, usability and performance. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and execute SEO and ASO strategies that deliver measurable results and improve our online footprint while setting up paid acquisition tests across numerous channels. Keyword Research:

Identify high-value keywords and phrases that align with our content and audience Analyze search intent and trends to guide strategy

On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content and HTML elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers) for better search engine visibility Ensure the website is user-friendly, fast, and mobile-responsive

Off-Page Optimization:

Build and maintain high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites Develop strategies to enhance the website’s domain authority and trustworthiness

Content Creation:

Collaborate with content creators to produce keyword-rich, engaging, and shareable content Guide the team on best practices for SEO-friendly writing and formatting

Technical SEO:

Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content) Optimize website structure, schema markup, and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data

Extensions and App Store Optimization:

Oversee optimization strategies for browser extensions and app store listings Continuously refine ASO efforts to drive discoverability and downloads

Test new acquisition channels (affiliate, influencer, and more) Drive growth through paid testing What you bring to the table

3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of technical and content optimization Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement Experience with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads or social media ads Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) strategies It's awesome if you have
