Office based role (4 days in the office/ 1 day remote) Responsibilities & Duties Manage the communications calendar across both UK and US markets, playing a key role as gatekeeper and orchestration for bespoke communications. Plan, execute, and optimise targeted email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions driving shift fulfilment, and retention. Develop and execute CRM strategies to effectively engage and retain customers across multiple channels. Utilise data analytics and segmentation techniques to identify key customer segments and tailor messaging and campaigns accordingly. Develop and implement customer lifecycle programs to guide audiences through their journey, from onboarding to retention and re-engagement. Analyse customer data and campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimise CRM initiatives continuously. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and implement best practices for data privacy and security in all CRM activities. Requirements

Proven experience in CRM marketing, preferably in a technology-driven or e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices. Proficiency ideally in Braze or other CRM platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Pays an extremely high attention to detail. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Benefits
