Responsibilities:
Taking both the candidates and the clients through the recruitment process, problem-solving, and offering a professional and fully consultative service. Contacting relevant contacts and decision-makers to develop business opportunities. Visiting clients in order to gain accurate vacancy information. Putting together accurate job descriptions and person specifications. Advising clients on the most effective way to approach recruitment exercises. Managing all ad responses. Selecting suitable candidates to interview. Conducting competency-based interviews. Ensuring information is communicated effectively. Maintaining accurate candidate records. The successful applicant will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering quality service within this critical marketplace.
