Key Responsibilities The successful candidates will manage their own caseloads while supporting senior team members on large-scale transactions and supervising junior lawyers. Handle a varied workload of M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and governance. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate documents. Advise a diverse client base, including private companies, LLPs, public sector bodies, and fund managers. Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships. Train and supervise junior team members while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. About You Proven expertise in private M&A transactions and corporate law. Strong commercial awareness, excellent drafting, and critical thinking skills. Highly organized, methodical, and able to manage tight deadlines.
