As Co-Founding Director, your focus will be on generating new business, leveraging your connections, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be supported by an experienced in-house team that handles the recruitment process from search to onboarding, along with a skilled marketing team to amplify your efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business development charge, identifying and securing new clients. Leverage your network to build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers. Represent TrueFit at events, conferences, and in professional forums. Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. Strategically drive growth, aiming for long-term success. Act as the face of the business with potential clients, embodying the TrueFit ethos. What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record in business development, ideally within executive recruitment or talent solutions. A strong network of decision-makers in industries ripe for executive search services. Entrepreneurial spirit with the determination to grow and scale a business. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Flexibility to integrate slowly or start immediately, depending on your current commitments. A commitment to our vision, with an understanding of the equity-based compensation model and a vesting period. What We Offer:
