Coordinating the store team to deliver an easy shopping experience for customers. Supporting colleagues to meet daily priorities. Opening and closing the store, ensuring safety. Being the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented store. Supporting managers in community and charity events. Providing great customer service. Keeping the team informed on communications and updates. Looking for ways to improve store operations. Following health and safety routines.
