Salary: £350 per day

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week / Full time

Duration: 12 Months

Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Support the IT Change Manager with analysis to identify change impacts, communication requirements, and training needs.

Assist in the design, production, and delivery of IT Change collateral and learning materials, including email messages, videos, presentation decks, and training materials such as how-to guides and demos.

Publish and make accessible project change materials via our microsite or project-specific platform.

Maintain distribution lists for IT Change communication, events, or sessions.

Set up agreed events as part of the IT Change Plan, including in-person roadshows, workshops, or online sessions.

Capture and summarize key questions raised and track attendance at IT Change events and sessions.

Assist in the development of training user lists, tracking training attendance, training evaluation, and reporting.

Support the design, creation, and distribution of feedback and measurement for projects, change events, or sessions.

Establish strong working relationships with the wider IT Change team and business stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

Support the IT Digital Programme / CROT Programme Value Stream lead with the development of presentation materials to drive engagement and adoption, where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft 365 skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, VivaEngage, SharePoint, etc.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to take information and create visuals that bring it to life - infographics and gifs.

Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Analytical skills.

Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle - both Waterfall and Agile.
