CMA is partnering with a global manufacturing business based in Portsmouth to recruit a Financial Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record and a technical skillset to come in and help the team during a busy period. You will be responsible for the production of statutory accounts and all VAT and Tax related issues within the business.
What will the Financial Accountant role involve? Production of Statutory Accounts for multiple entities within the organisation. Assist with the preparation for group audit. Lead on all Tax and VAT related issues. Other ad hoc duties. Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy: Ideally ACA/ACCA qualified. Previous experience within a global organisation is essential. Strong technical skillset including production of management accounts. Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and use of an ERP system like SAP/Oracle.
