We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team in London. This role plays a critical part in the study start-up and clinical trial management processes at Medpace. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing negotiations of clinical study agreements (CSAs) on a study level, driving CSA document finalization and execution, including contractual language & terms, financial attachments, and investigator grant budgets in collaboration with a global team of site contract & budget negotiators. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and relevant work experience within the industry or similar field. Responsibilities: Negotiate CSAs on a study level and drive document finalization and execution Serve as a first-line subject matter expert for all CSA elements on assigned studies for internal stakeholders Advise stakeholders on issue resolution within the context of assigned studies Plan contract execution strategy for assigned studies and coordinate with internal study team stakeholders Prepare site contractual templates and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful negotiation of contracts and budgets Maintain document status reports and update department tools/systems and team members on a regular basis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Life science or Law Relevant work experience within the industry or similar preferred but not necessary Prior contract negotiation experience preferred Benefits: Competitive compensation package Hybrid work-from-home options PTO packages Employee health and wellness initiatives Flexible work schedule Estimated salary range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
