Responsibilities: Conducting regular patient observations to monitor behaviour, mental state, and physical health. Delivering evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs. Preparing and administering prescribed medications, including psychotropic drugs. Using de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours and maintain safety. Reviewing and updating care plans based on patient progress and feedback. Conducting risk assessments and minimizing potential hazards for patients and staff. Qualifications and Requirements: Hold a degree in Mental Health Nursing Fully enhanced valid DBS Inpatient experience is required Benefits: Weekly pay Free training Fully enhanced DBS check provided free of charge.
