Req #676 THE ROLE: Transport Planner In this role you will form part of the execution team at our depot in Ashby. You will communicate to internal and external customers on the daily delivery performance and oversee the day-to-day planning operations of the Transport Department at Ashby. OFFICE BASED: This role will be based at our site in Ashby-De-La-Zouch (LE65 1JR). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan resources to match the site workload. Track drivers on the various TSP systems. Update the TMS (Mandata) system. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Qualifications:

Level 2 in English & Maths. Experience:

You will have experience of working in a logistics environment and be able to work collaboratively with drivers and the team ensuring the smooth running of the department. Digital Tachograph knowledge. Competent in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Stock software programs). Previous experience of telematics advantageous. Management CPC is desirable. Communication:
