We have 2 posts available (1 x permanent & 1 x temporary for 12 months).

We are seeking a temporary Human Resources Officer to join our team.

You will provide customer-focused, pragmatic HR advice and support to directorate managers on attendance management, performance, service redesign, conduct issues, and grievances. Therefore, experience of working within HR in a large and complex organisation is ideal.

Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office is required, and an understanding of the council’s HR procedures would be advantageous.

You will need to be able to work both as part of a team and independently, possess excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines. Flexibility and resilience in your approach to work are essential.
