HR Co-ordinator

within the HR team. You will work as part of a high performing and established logistic and supply chain team working with existing and new large-scale well-known customer brands across growth and innovation opportunities. WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED: With Head Office in Leicestershire, this role will be office based with some requirements to travel to other sites. There is some flexibility to work remotely when applicable, but the role is predominantly site based. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will support the HR team in the employee life cycle including recruitment, ER, engagement, well-being, training, and organisational development. Assist in the recruitment process including the management of candidate applications. You will support the onboarding processes for new hires ensuring all the correct documentation is received and completed. Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and manage data entry into the HRIS system. Assist the HR team in all people projects. Assist in the provision of people data to the Senior Leadership team. Actively promote all well-being, diversity, and inclusivity activities. Support the rewards and benefits administration. Provide administration support to the HR team. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Be a self-disciplined self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. You will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively. You will also ideally have: Proficient in data entry and experience using HRIS to a high level. A passion for people with the ability to drive a positive culture throughout the business. Experience in assisting in the management of the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external networks. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
