Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) We are seeking a full-time Marriage and Family Therapist to join our private practice. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play an instrumental role in delivering effective counseling services, conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive clinical records. Your contributions will be essential in shaping the future of mental health care in our community. Salary:

$110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefits Responsibilities: Perform a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities. Formulate programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients. Monitor outcomes as a member of the team. Participate in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitate advance care planning. Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case. Document patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy. Qualifications: Master's

degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution. Active

California state license as a

LPCC. Minimum of

2 years

of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services. Knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques. Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pay and Benefits: Competitive compensation of
