$110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefits Responsibilities: Perform a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities. Formulate programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients. Monitor outcomes as a member of the team. Participate in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitate advance care planning. Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case. Document patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy. Qualifications: Master's
degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution. Active
California state license as a
LPCC. Minimum of
2 years
of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services. Knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques. Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
