Are you ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role? As part of the Wanzl Car Park Management Team, the CPM Chargehand plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will oversee the collection of abandoned trolleys, ensuring they are promptly returned to customer pick-up points in pristine condition. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities

Site Management:

Assume responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Supervisor, including during rota days off, annual leave, or sickness. Policy Adherence:

Ensure the team adheres to the company’s HR policies, health and safety policies, and procedures, including all applicable safe systems of work. Trolley Collection:

Oversee the collection of abandoned trolleys, ensuring they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a clean condition. Time Sheets:

Accurately record and submit time sheets on a weekly basis. Rosters:

Complete weekly rosters to ensure adequate staffing. Customer Relations:

Liaise with store managers and staff to develop and maintain excellent working relationships. Customer Service:

Deal with customers and resolve complaints efficiently. Site Cleanliness:

Perform onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the site is always clean and presentable, including litter picking and maintaining flower beds, car parking spaces, and customer-facing areas. What we need from you:

Drivers Licence (Preferable) Team Management:

Experience in running a small team. Reliability:

Must be trustworthy, reliable, and punctual. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills are essential. IT Skills:
