Step Teachers are working with a Baby-only Nursery in Tower Hamlets to find an enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Nurse and a Room Leader. If you are passionate about Early Childhood Education and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for young children, we want to hear from you! Please note this is a full-time role and the successful candidate is expected to start immediately.
Positions Available:
Nursery Nurse
Role:
Supporting the development of children’s language and communication skills.
The Room Leader should encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required.
Preparing and setting up activities, ensuring that resources are available and used appropriately.
The Nursery Nurse or Room Leader must provide feedback to parents and carers on children’s progress and achievements.
Fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Nursery Nurse in an early childhood education setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
