This post is split between reception work and providing administrative support to the Inpatient Admissions Team. This includes providing a friendly and efficient reception service for all visitors to the Unit whilst ensuring the area is well maintained, patient registration, booking follow-up appointments, clinic preparation, completing admissions/outcomes/coding, booking day case procedures, and loading inpatient referrals onto PAS. The post holder will be required to work as part of the inpatients and outpatients team as well as with clinical staff to deliver the highest standards of administrative support possible for all patients and staff. The successful candidate is required to demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description, and person specification. Required Skills: Computer competence, strong customer care, communication, attention to detail, and team working skills are all required.
