This is a domiciliary care/support based role. It will come as no surprise that our clients are at the centre of everything we do! We are currently recruiting for Community Domiciliary Care/Support Workers to expand our existing team. The qualities we are looking for are: caring nature patience and understanding considerate of others' needs creative - to bring new ideas for suitable day trips and social activities reliable good timekeepers desire to make a positive difference in another person's life a team player In return we offer: £11.62 per hour (minimum), with additional pay for Bank Holidays and Christmas guaranteed contracted hours paid DBS 1 week of fully paid training ongoing support and monitoring Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, support with nutrition and medication Support service users to access community activities and events Provide emotional support to service users and families/relatives Complete daily records including care notes and MAR charts accurately Support service users with money management and document accurately Report any concerns to management Demonstrate openness and honesty at all times Promote independence Work both independently and as part of a team Support colleagues We currently have roles available in the S35, S13, and S6 area. This is for both days and waking nights. INDACN
