We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic Diagnostic Imaging Assistant for our Norwich Clinic. To succeed you must have excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to delivering first class diagnostic services and patient care. The post holder will work closely with diagnostic radiographers, supporting them with patients during their clinics. Training is provided and further career development opportunities throughout the company. Main duties of the job:

To work closely with diagnostic radiographers supporting them, working within established policies and processes. To ensure an exemplary level of customer service is provided to patients, clinicians and clinic teams. The post involves caring for patients, preparation for examinations, housekeeping, clerical and general administrative duties in all areas including X-ray, MRI, Dexa and Ultrasound, as well as assisting with PACS image processing. To provide assistance and care for patients within the Department of Radiology. To provide support and assistance to consultants and radiographers, working within established policies and processes. To work within a professional, self-managed patient care team. To perform housekeeping and support duties of high standards whilst rotating through all sections throughout the department. Benefits:
