Due to a recent contract win, we are currently looking for a Site Manager to work in the Buntingford area. The Site Manager will be required to manage a high-end residential extension project, encompassing ground works, external, and internal finishing. Must come from a trade background with experience in managing multiple trades to a tight timeline. Our customer is a small-medium sized family-run business, with realistic growth plans. They have plenty of work coming through and, whilst this initial project is 7 months, they plan to keep this site manager busy well into 2026 and beyond. Ideal qualifications: NVQ 6 / 7 qualified CSCS Black card SMSTS First aid Start date:
