Join our team as we empower individuals to express their unique beauty and provide exceptional customer experiences. As a Supervisor - Fragrances, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Beauty Advisors in the Fragrance Department of a Sephora store. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure the successful operation of the fragrance section. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service. Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and provide feedback. Sales and Customer Service:

Drive fragrance sales by actively engaging with customers, offering personalized recommendations, and demonstrating product knowledge. Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times, resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising:

Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends, brands, and product knowledge. Train and educate team members on product features, benefits, and application techniques. Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create attractive and engaging displays that showcase fragrance products effectively. Operational Efficiency:

Ensure compliance with Sephora's policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention. Oversee stock replenishment, inventory control, and maintenance of stock levels. Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, product launches, and beauty classes. Team Development and Performance Management:

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members. Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members. What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry. Passion for fragrances and a strong understanding of the beauty industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in using technology and point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
