Company Description

Hello! We're Teya. Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance. At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street. We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters. We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us. Become a part of our story. We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits. Job Description

What will you be doing? As we continue to expand our operations in the UK, we’re looking to hire our second dedicated Partner Success Executive to join our expanding Independent Sales Consultant channel. Reporting directly to one of our Sales Managers, your portfolio of accounts will be made up of 50-100 independent sellers who sell Teya products on our behalf. This is a fast paced, high velocity role where you’ll be required to solve problems quickly and efficiently as well as coach and mentor our independent sellers. You will also be responsible for: Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships whilst acting as the first point of contact for your client inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Management & Growth: Support the Sales Manager in executing account plans and strategies to exceed growth and retention targets.

Reporting & Analytics: Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics such as client satisfaction and sales performance. This will assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Support, Marketing etc) on multiple projects to ensure we’re constantly improving and delivering the best service/product to our merchants and sellers.

Qualifications

What are we looking for? Experience within a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up business with a background in sales or account management. Whilst we’re not looking for someone who comes from a payments background (although that would be a plus), you must be a quick learner with an interest in financial technology. We’re also looking for the following skills: Demonstrable ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time in an ever-changing, fast-paced scale-up environment.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with not only your clients but also internal teams as well.

An analytical mindset where you can use data to drive the decisions you make.

The ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate a customer-first attitude.

Additional Information

What can we offer you? On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £50,000.

25 days of Annual Leave + Bank Holidays.

Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass, 1-1 therapy sessions, meditation sessions and access to digital fitness and nutrition apps.

Extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices.

Private Medical and Life Insurance.

Improved pension Scheme.
