Your main objectives as an Assistant Store Manager are to enthusiastically convey the passion for the brand to the sales team and support the day-to-day management of store operations, working hand in hand with the Store Manager and driving sales through product knowledge and team management. Team Management: Enthusiastically convey the passion for the brand to the sales team by supporting the Store Manager, enabling the internal development of the people who work with you. Sales: Lead, in collaboration with the Store Manager, the achievement of commercial objectives and KPIs, engaging the sales team through action plans and, at the same time, ensuring a careful brand image. Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail, delivering the highest quality and reliability. Store Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, team scheduling, etc.
