One of my clients is looking to expand their Litigation departments and bring in an experienced litigator to be based at either their Kingston upon Thames office or Walton on Thames office.
This role will include managing a caseload of varied litigation work such as contentious probate, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, and landlord and tenant disputes.
You will have experience of risk assessments and running cases under a variety of financial arrangements such as under CFA's and DBA's. You will need to be highly organised, have the ability to work independently, and be a friendly team player.
