As a Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support to our client's trading and investment operations. You will work closely with global teams, including those in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas, advising on a broad range of derivatives and trading agreements. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative legal team for a major financial services company. Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise trading agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs), GMRA, and other derivatives documentation. Provide legal support for trading activities, including FX trading agreements, trading platform agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Advise on new derivatives products and investment strategies, assessing their legal and regulatory implications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure legal documentation aligns with business goals. Support the development and implementation of legal best practices and compliance with global regulatory requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 0-5 years PQE. Experience in derivatives, structured products, trading agreements and regulatory understanding. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to assess and balance legal and business risks. Proactive team player with a practical and solutions-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and jurisdictions.
