One of my clients is looking to expand their Litigation department and bring in an experienced litigator to be based at either their Kingston upon Thames office or Walton on Thames office.
This role will include managing a caseload of varied litigation work such as contentious probate, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, and landlord and tenant disputes.
You will have experience in risk assessments and running cases under a variety of financial arrangements such as CFA's and DBA's. You will need to be highly organized, have the ability to work independently, and be a friendly team player.
