Work hand in hand with Sales Vice Presidents in Region to: Develop and execute account management strategies to maximise retention Track Member pacing and flight activity to identify: Add-on, upsell and early renewal opportunities Risk to be addressed and mitigated Leverage commercial tools to increase conversion of Member quotes Monitor agreement anniversary and payment dates, to ensure smooth transition Identify strategic customer referral opportunities Key point of contact for Billing and Accounts Receivable, to support on queries and payment resolution Meet with Client Services Directors and Program Sales Vice Presidents to discuss and strategize on operational and commercial matters pertaining to Members Work with Private World and Marketing teams to optimise Member engagement Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Experience in account management, customer success or business development role Experience in private or business aviation will be an advantage; however, it is not essential Advanced interpersonal skills and proven relationship-builder. You are professional, articulate and possess a natural gravitas that enables you to influence effectively at all levels Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills, enabling you to work with data to identify opportunity and risk, formulate solutions and make recommendations Works with exact accuracy and maintains thorough attention to detail even when working under pressure
